『柒』 民航法律法規對乘務員有什麼規章

根據民航總局第101號令CCAR-67FS《中國民用航空人員醫學標准和體檢合格證管理規則》，67．17條〔體檢合格證的適用范圍〕規定：

乘務員在履行職責時必須持有Ⅳa級體檢合格證；航空安全員執照申請人在申請執照時或執照持有人在行使執照權利時，必須持有Ⅳb級體檢合格證。

67．401〔適用性〕

取得Ⅳ級體檢合格證應當無下列精神疾病的明確病史或臨床診斷：
（1）精神病；

（4）精神異常或嚴重的神經症。
67．407〔神經系統〕
取得Ⅳ級體檢合格證應當無下列神經系統疾病的明確病史或臨床診斷：
（1）癲癇；
（2）原因不明或難以預防的意識障礙；
（3）可能影響安全行使執照權利的顱腦損傷及其並發症或其他神經系統疾病。
67．409〔循環系統〕
取得Ⅳ級體檢合格證應當無下列循環系統疾病的明確病史或臨床診斷：

（5）心臟瓣膜置換；
（6）永久性心臟起搏器植入；

67．411〔呼吸系統〕

67．415〔傳染病〕
（a）取得Ⅳ級體檢合格證應當無下列傳染病或臨床診斷：
（1）病毒性肝炎；
（2）梅毒；
（3）獲得性免疫缺陷綜合征（AIDS）；
（4）痢疾；
（5）傷寒；
（6）人類免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）陽性；
（7）其他可能影響安全行使執照權利或他人健康的傳染性疾病。
（b）取得Ⅳa級體檢合格證應當無乙型肝炎表面抗原陽性及其他消化道傳染病的病原學檢查陽性。
