『拾』 最高人民法院《关于贯彻<民法通则>若干问题的意见》,这个用英文怎么表述

可译作The Supreme People's Court's Interpretation on the Implementation of the General Principles of Civil Law

关于这一译法有几点需要解释——
1.我们最高院的法释名称不一，有的版叫权“意见”，有的叫“解释”，但本质上都是司法解释。这些中文名称的不统一反应了最高院在司法文件制作方面的不规范。英文中统一译作Interpretation就可。
2.“若干问题”这几个词是赘语，也反应了上个世纪90年代最高院在司法文件制作规范方面的瑕疵。英文中不需要译出。
3.关于《民法通则》，General Principles of Civil Law是大多外国文献的译法，但也有不同意见。具体可参见陈忠诚最近在法律出版社出版的一本有关此问题的书。
